    Abstract:   本研究主要在探討新北市新莊區國小特教心評教師的工作壓力及因應方式,期望瞭解新北市國小特教心評教師執行鑑定安置工作時的工作壓力現況與面對工作壓力時所採取的因應方式,並探討不同背景的國小特教心評教師面臨工作壓力時所採取的因應方式之差異情形,最後針對研究發現,提供相關建議給特教心評教師及教育行政單位參考。  本研究採質性研究方式進行,使用深度訪談法及文獻分析法,選取新北市新莊區六位資源班特教心評教師為訪談對象進行深度訪談,透過研究者與研究對象的訪談進行資料蒐集與分析,最後根據分析訪談內容所得之研究結果歸納出以下結論:一、特教心評教師執行鑑定安置工作時感受到工作壓力,其中最大的工作壓力為時間壓力。二、特教心評教師面對工作壓力時,最常採取問題解決的因應方式,而較少使用延宕逃避的因應方式。三、不同背景的新北市國小特教心評教師對工作壓力的感受沒有明顯差異。四、不同背景的新北市國小特教心評教師採取的工作壓力因應方式沒有明顯的差異。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the work stress and coping methods for Psychological-assessment teachers in Xinzhuang District of New Taipei City. It is hoped to understand the current situation of the work stress for Psychological-assessment teachers in New Taipei City in carrying out the identification and placement work and the coping methods they adopt in the face of the work stress. In addition, it is hoped to explore the different coping methods of Psychological-assessment teachers with different backgrounds when facing the work stress. Moreover, it is also anticipated that the findings of the study, could relevant suggestions for Psychological-assessment teachers and educational administrative units.  This study adopts qualitative research methods, using in-depth interviews and literature analysis methods. In-depth interviews were conducted with six resource classroom Psychological-assessment teachers in Xinzhuang District of New Taipei City as interviewees. The findings are as follows:1.Psychological-assessment teachers feel the work stress when they implement identification and placement work. And the greatest work stress is the time stress.2.When Psychological-assessment teachers are facing with the work stress, they adopt problem-solving coping methods more than use delayed evasion coping methods.3.There is no significant difference in the teachers' perception of the work stress among different backgrounds in Psychological-assessment teachers of New Taipei City.4.There is no significant difference in the coping methods of the work stress adopted by Psychological-assessment teachers of New Taipei City from different backgrounds.
