    摘要:   2019年是華德福教育實施100年的重要時刻,世界各國華德福教育界正在為百年紀念舉辦各式活動,華德福教育在臺灣及亞州各地也正急速發展中,在臺灣亦有20年發展的歷史,傳統社會學家認為20年約是一個世代,在此發展的華德福「實驗教育」現況值得我們探討。  本論文研究之目的,希望藉由分析家長選擇子女就讀善美真華德福小學的動機與歷程,探討華德福教育對臺灣教育的啟示,作為未來教育改革的參考。研究採質性取向的個案研究,透過深入訪談,達成研究目的。本研究的結論如下:一、家長選擇子女就讀善美真華德福小學的考量因素分為三個層面:(一)和華德福相遇:以孩子個別需求、家長對體制教育的反思和認同華德福教育為考量因素。(二)對孩子的教育期望:讓自己的孩子活出自己、快樂學習和全人教育是家長看重的因素。(三)對體制教育的看法:認為重視智育、忽略個別差異、壓抑個人特質等。二、選擇就讀善美真華德福小學之後的改變:(一)發現孩子的改變:家長發現孩子在學習能力、生活習慣和人際關係上正 向提升。(二)看見家長的改變:因為華德福教育,家長的教養態度和生活習慣也調整配合。三、家長對於子女就讀善美真華德福小學的未來擔憂:主要針對學費負擔、銜接教育和學校未來發展等問題。
      2019 is an important time for the implementation of Waldorf education in the past 100 years. The worldwide Waldorf Education circles are holding various activities for the centenary. Waldorf education is developing rapidly in Taiwan and other parts of Asia. It also has a 20-year history in Taiwan. Traditional sociologists believe that 20 years is about a generation. The current situation of Waldorfs "Experimental Education" developed here is worth being discussed.  The purpose of this paper is to explore the inspiration of Waldorf education to Taiwans education by analyzing the motivation and process of parents choice and registration for the Waldorf-Shanmeichen Primary and Secondary school, which can be used as a reference for future education reform. In this Study, we use case study of qualitative orientation through in-depth interviews to achive the purpose of this research.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.There are three levels of consideration for parents choice and registration for the Waldorf-Shanmeichen Primary and Secondary school.(1)Meet Waldorf: Considering the individual needs of children, including of the reflection on institutional education and idntificaion on Waldorf education.(2)Educational expectations for children: Letting your children live their own, happy learning and whole-person education are factors that parents value.(3)Views on institutional education: Too much emphasis on intellectual education, ignore individual differences, suppress personal traits, and etc.2.The change after choosing the Waldorf-Shanmeichen Primary and Secondary School.(1)See the change of children: Parents find that children are improving in learning ability, living habits and interpersonal relationships.(2)See the change of parents: Because of Waldorf education, Parents' parenting attitudes and living habits are also adjusted.3.Parents worry about the future of their children studying at Waldorf-Shanmeichen Primary and Secondary School: Mainly for the burden of tuition, the education convergence and development in the future at this school.
