| 摘要: | 中國哲學以生命為中心，是生命的學問。道家思想「生而不有」「不爭而善勝」，以其「境界型態」的意義，所以具有「清通、化解、放下、治療」的「文化治療」智慧形態。莊子的智慧是凌虛而超越的，不落在世間的是非當中，而能以齊平無待的的生命境界，平等的看待世間的言論，圓融一切爭端。莊子和光同塵，生死是非，一體同觀，在「作用層」上講真理，而保任住天地萬物的存在，這樣的思想就會產生去病去執的功效。弗蘭克在其存在主義的意義治療中也提到，人會創造他自己自身的存在，設計他自己，「我應該是什麼」或「我應該成為什麼」，探尋心靈上的超越意義，而使其生命活的更有價值。莊子中國式的「文化治療」與弗蘭克的意義治療，運用在此動盪不安的世界局勢中，正是一帖心靈療癒的良方。
Chinese philosophy is centered on life and is the study of life. The Taoist thinking ＂birth without＂ and ＂invincible and victorious＂, with its meaning of ＂realm type＂, has the ＂cultural therapy＂ wisdom form of ＂clear, dissolve, let go, and heal＂. Zhuangzi's wisdom is Ling Xu and surpassing, not falling into the right and wrong of the world, but he can treat the world's speech equally with the life state of no waiting, and resolve all disputes. Zhuangzi and light are the same, life and death are right and wrong, they are one in the same view, speak truth on the ＂action layer＂, and keep the existence of all things in the world, such thinking will produce the effect of going ill and ruling. Frank also mentioned in his existential treatment of meaning that man will create his own existence and design himself, ＂what should I be＂ or ＂what should I become＂, to explore the transcendental meaning of the mind and make it Life is more valuable. Zhuangzi's Chinese-style ＂cultural therapy＂ and Frank's meaning therapy, applied in this turbulent world situation, is a recipe for healing the soul. |
