    摘要:   「監獄正念種子教師」培訓課程,乃是為了培育長期在監獄推廣正念課程的師資,所規畫進行的課程。本研究在於探討「監獄正念種子教師」參與培訓的經驗,以瞭解受訓者參與培訓的緣起與動機、參與各項培訓的經驗與感想、對「正念療法團體輔導」課程運用於毒品受刑人的理解與發現,以及成為「監獄正念種子教師」的展望。  本研究訪談三位受訓者,以敘事研究方法呈現生命故事並進行跨個案分析與討論,研究結論如下:一、受訓者參與培訓的緣起與動機,包含從「正念」中獲益、認同課程理念以及利他的想法。二、受訓者參與各項培訓內容之經驗與心得,包含:(一)課程有助於受刑人提升自我覺察、自我關愛與壓力調適能力,以及對未來生活的希望感與自信心,而「正念態度」是最重要的療效因子;(二)發現受刑人的言行態度受到過去經驗影響,與其互動應該正念傾聽、真心關懷;(三)需與受刑人持續連繫以延續正念的學習和情感的支持;(四)團隊討論著重在關懷學員,難以兼顧受訓者被督導的需求;(五)教學服務經驗的心得是以正念做最佳的準備,且從模仿老師的教學開始,漸漸能發展個人風格。三、對於監獄「正念療法團體輔導」課程運用於毒品受刑人的理解與發現,認為正念療法可以幫助學員度過艱辛時刻;接納與關懷的態度,讓學員感受到情感的支持;在課程中強化學員的心理資源, 協助他們發展生活新定向;課程多元活潑、學員有參與感,深受學員喜愛。四、受訓者從培訓中獲得專業及心靈的成長,更堅定持續參與培訓的動力。成為「監獄正念種子教師」的展望為:肯定個人難行能行的勇氣,落實正念做最佳的準備,逐漸發展個人創意和擴大推廣正念課程。
      The training course of "mindfulness-based seed teachers in prison" is designed for fostering teachers who have been teaching mindfulness-based courses in prison. The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of the teachers who participated the training course of "mindfulness-based seed teachers in prison" in order to understand their background and motivation, their experiences and impressions of participating the various kinds of trainings, their understanding and discovery of applying "mindfulness-based group therapy" course to drug prisoners, and their prospect of becoming a "mindfulness-based seed teacher in prison".   This study interviewed three trainees, presented their life stories with narrative research, and conducted cross-case analysis and discussion. The conclusions were as follows: First, the background and motivation of the trainees to participate the training included the benefit from learning mindfulness, the recognition of curriculum ideas and the thoughts of altruism.Second, the experiences and impressions of participating the various kinds of trainings include: (1) the course is helpful for group members to improve self-awareness, self-care and stress-adjustment skills, and sense of hope and confidence on facing future life. In addition, "mindful attitude" is the most important factor of efficacy. (2) The attitudes and behavior of the prisoners were influenced by their past experiences. The prisoners need to be listened with mindful attitude and to be sincerely cared. (3) It is necessary to continously provide prisoners the opportinity of learning mindfulness and the emotional support to them. (4) The team discussion focused on caring the group members but it is difficult to simultaneously satisfy the needs of the trainees to be supervised. (5) Teaching experience suggested that the best preparation should be based on mindfulness and started with imitating teacher's teaching followed by gradually developing personal style.Third, the understanding and discovery of "mindfulness-based therapy group guidance " course applied to the drug prisoner suggested that mindfulness therapy could help the members to get through the difficult times; the attitude of acceptance and care for the members led to their feeling of emotional support; the strengthening of the members' psychological resources by the course helped them develop new life orientations; and the diversity and vivacity of the course made the members have a sense of participation and deeply attracted the members.Fourth, trainees obtained professional and spiritual growth from the course and further strengthened their motivation to continue participating further courses. The vision of becoming a "mindfulness-based seed teacher in prison" was the identification of individuals' courage to overcome any difficulty, the implementation of mindfulness for best preparation, the incremental development of personal creativity and the expansion of promoting mindfulness courses.
