摘要:	近年來研究者學習牌卡以及協助個案的歷程中，發現牌卡對自我成長的幫助，因此對於採用榮格的原型理論為依據的心靈原型卡，所能帶給個案的內在成長和覺察效能有所期待。邀請兩位研究對象參與本研究，探討心靈原型卡運用在個案生活上所產生的效益。（一）應用原型卡協助個案了解自身的處境。（二）應用原型卡協助個案調整現在的生活。（三）應用原型卡協助個案開發個人內在力量與生命轉化。　　本研究採用質性研究的半結構深度訪談法，研究發現應用原型卡能協助研究參與者因為認識自己的原型特質來了解自身的處境，進而調整自己現在的生活態度，透過練習轉化成生命動能，讓研究參與者更有力量去實踐她們的生命意義。　　In recent years, the researcher have learned from cards and give assistance to the case, and found that cards helps the self-enrichment. Therefore, the spiritual archetype cards based on Jung's archetypes theory can bring the inner growth and awareness of the case. Three participants were invited to participate in the study to explore the benefits of adopting the archetype cards in the case life. (1)Adopting archetype cards to assist cases to understand their situation. (2) Adopting archetype cards to assist cases to adjust the current life. (3) Adopting archetype cards to assist cases in developing personal inner strength and life transformation.　　This study adopted a semi-structured in-depth interview with qualitative research. The study found that the use of archetype cards can help participants to understand their own situation by understanding their own archetype traits, and then adjust their current attitudes towards life, through practice to transform into vital energy.　　By means of drills to transform into vital energy and make participants have more power to practice the meaning of their lives.
