    摘要:   本研究旨在探究原住民部落休閒產業經營與地方文化結合之研究:以南投縣仁愛鄉萬豐村為例。為達研究目的,首先蒐集並閱讀相關資料及文獻,以建立本研究之理論架構,接者採用文獻分析法及深入訪談法等質性方法進行研究,並針對原住民部落休閒產業經營與地方文化結合編製訪談題目作為研究工具,對1位公部門、5位業者和3位遊客進行訪談。  研究發現:壹、原住民部落民宿與露營區的經營現況和行銷之研究發現一、業者提供導覽解說或體驗,做出好的服務,同時配合行銷策略經營。二、公部門開設研習,同時解決交通問題,推展地方產業。合法業者享有政府優惠方案,尚未合法者,希望透過輔導,避免受罰。三、經營後,業者個性朝正面發展,但得花更多時間在硬體的維護。他們普遍認為,客人可以帶動部落的發展。貳、原住民部落民宿與露營區結合地方特色的發展之研究發現一、公部門辦理培訓課程,業者覺得很有幫助;定期辦理祭典,發展觀光產業。公部門不主動協助,但歡迎社區提計畫申請經費。二、結合地方特色與文化活動,加上部落居民特質和環境,最能吸引遊客。公部門規劃延續性政策,輔導地方產業,期望部落能整合資源,進而學會主導發展;部落卻認為,政府應該更主動給予協助,辦理活動期程長,才能帶動地方產業。三、部落歷經幾次遷移,最後定居在萬豐。過去朝有機文化部落發展,現在則是結合地方文化活動和生態產業來發展地方特色。四、曲冰遺址獨具特色,公部門明定階段目標,部落準備地方特色發展方案,共同推展。辦理地方文化活動,增加宣傳,以傳承為首要目標,每年要突顯一個特色,但也有業者認為要保持傳統。五、純樸的民風和友善的居民,有別於其他部落。配合專業的導覽解說,結合地方人文、自然生態環境發展特色旅遊,最終目標是認識部落的深度文化。萬豐擁有特殊的地方文化和有機產業,獨特的考古文化,是仁愛鄉發展觀光的最大特色。六、用專業、熱情、服務、行銷、多元的選擇以及家人的支持,創造企業永續經營。參、原住民部落民宿與露營區結合地方產業的困境與展望之研究發現一、公部門不主動,政策未長遠規劃,無法帶動地方產業發展。政府必須主動規劃、積極培訓人才還要兼顧他們的生計。天災導致部落景點流失,社區領頭羊沒有發揮功能,資源未整合,不利因素太多,發展停滯。優先培養年輕人才,深耕文化專業。二、整合部落資源,對環境永續經營,年輕人才加入,大家動起來,發展地方文化。
      This study is aimed to explore the integration of aboriginal tribal leisure industry management with local culture focusing on a case study of Wanfeng Village which is located at Renai Township in Nantou County. Relevant materials and documents were collected and read tin order to establish the theoretical framework of this study. Then, the qualitative methods such as literature analysis and in-depth interviews were used to conduct research, and the compilation of interview questions which focused on the integration of aboriginal tribal leisure industry management combined with local culture were adopted as research tools to interview 1 public official, 5 business owners and 3 tourists.  The main findings of this study can be concluded in the following three major areas: the current status of the management and marketing of homestays and camping areas in aboriginal tribes, the development of indigenous tribes and campsites combining with local characteristics, and the aboriginal tribes and campgrounds combined with the local industry's plight and prospect.  The findings shown in the current status of the management and marketing of homestays and camping areas in aboriginal tribes are as follows: 1.The business owners provide guided tour with commentary or experience activities and deliver good services, which are cooperated with marketing strategies at the same time. 2.The public sector opens seminars, solves transportation problems, and promotes local industries. Legal practitioners enjoy government preferential schemes while those who are not illegal hope to avoid from punishment through counseling.3.After running the business, the personality of the business owners turns to be positive, spending more time on hardware maintenance though. Generally speaking, they believe that guests can promote the development of the tribe.  Research findings on the development of indigenous tribes and campsites combining with local characteristics include the following points: 1.The public sector offers training courses, which the business owners find it very helpful. Festivals are held regularly to boost the development of the tourism industry. Although the public sector does not actively initiate the assistance, it does welcome the community to apply for funding. 2.The combination of local characteristics and cultural activities, together with the characteristics and environment of the tribe residents, can attract tourists the most. The public sector plans continuity policies to guide local industries, hoping that the tribe can integrate resources and learn to lead the development; however, the tribe believes that the government should provide more assistance and handle activities for a long period of time to promote local industries.3.The tribes finally settled in Wanfeng after migrating for several times. In the past, there was an organic cultural tribe, but now it combines local cultural activities and ecological industries to develop local characteristics.4.The Qu Bing site is unique, and the public sector has set goals for different stage, and the tribe is preparing for developing local characteristic plans to promote jointly. Handle local cultural activities, increase publicity, and take inheritance as the primary goal. Each year, a characteristic must be highlighted, but some practitioners believe that it is necessary to maintain tradition. 5.The simple folk customs and friendly residents are different from other tribes. Cooperating with professional guides and commentaries, and combining local humanities and natural ecological environment to develop characteristic tourism, the ultimate goal is to understand the in-depth culture of the tribe. Wanfeng has a special local culture and organic industry, and a unique archaeological culture, which is the biggest feature of Renai Township's tourism development.6.Create a sustainable business with professionalism, enthusiasm, service, marketing, multiple choices and family support.  The research findings of the aboriginal tribes and campgrounds combined with the local industry's plight and prospect can be found as follows: 1.The public sector is not proactive, and policies require long-term planning to promote the development of local industries, and active training of talents must take into account their livelihoods. Natural disasters have resulted in the loss of tribal attractions, and community resources have not been integrated. There are too many adverse factors, The community leader is not functioning and development is at a standstill. It is a priority to the cultivate young talents and the specialty of cultural deeply.2.Integrate tribal resources and manage the environment sustainably. When young talents join, everyone should join together to develop local culture.
