Abstract:	近十年來，全國各縣市消防機關的器材、個人防護裝備、消防專業知識、消防搶救技術及軟硬體設施等，皆進展神速；但與此同時，國內消防人員殉職及受傷的案例，卻也大幅增加，讓吾人得知隨著防護裝備及消防知識的提升，同時也降低了消防員在火場內的警戒心。空氣呼吸器乃是消防人員進入火場最重要的保命裝備，目前全國各級機關皆採用符合歐盟規範之全套空氣呼吸器，除了具有一定的防護能力外，且須遵守統一的規範，因此不同廠牌的歐規空氣呼吸器，其裝備器材相容性極高。而有良好的空氣呼吸器訓練及裝備將有助於延長火場內逃生待救時間，降低消防人員殉職或受傷的情形出現。　　以此為基礎，針對現行消防人員所使用的歐規空氣呼吸器訓練及使用情形為研究主體，藉由近兩年來雲林縣消防局針對外勤消防員及部分義勇消防員進行空氣呼吸器專業訓練加以探討，最後再訪談消防機關專業的外勤人員，藉以探討出現行空氣呼吸器使用及訓練情形的優缺點。希望藉由此研究，提供消防人員於救援時多一份安全觀念，瞭解自身裝備的功能及限制，在執行人命救助任務時做出正確判斷，以期能減少救援失敗或人命傷亡的機率。　　In recent decades, the personal protective equipment, fire professional knowledge, fire rescue technology, hardware and software facilities of fire department in many cities have made rapidly progress in Taiwan. However, at the same time, cases of domestic firefighters' death and injuries have been increased significantly. We know that with the improvement of protective equipment and fire protection knowledge, it also reduces the alertness of firefighters in the fire field. SCBA is the most important life-saving equipment for firefighters to enter the fire field. At present, all the fire department in the country use a full set of SCBA that comply with EU regulations. In addition to having certain protection capabilities, they must comply with unified standards. Therefore, the European SCBA of different brands are highly compatible.The good equipment and good training can help to extend the waiting time for escape in the fire scene and reduce the occurrence of firefighters' death or injuries.　　According to the description above, the research subject focuses on the training and the using of the current European SCBA used by firefighters.The research is to discuss the professional training on SCBA for ALL firefighters which Yunlin County Fire Bureau has provided in the last two years and have interview with professional firefighters. It is hoped that this research will provide firefighters with some safety concepts during rescue, understanding the functions and limitations of their equipments, and make correct judgments when performing life-saving rescue missions, in order to reduce the chance of rescue failure or death.
