    Abstract:   本研究主要依據理性選擇理論之觀點,探討偏差行為效益評估、過度自信及自制偏誤對青少年偏差行為的影響。本研究之資料係以分層叢集抽樣方法進行,並以問卷調查法蒐集取得,有效分析樣本為南投縣 3 個鄉鎮市各抽取 1 所學校的482 名國中學生。研究工具包含青少年偏差行為量表、偏差行為效益評估量表、過度自信量表及自制偏誤量表。數據資料統計方法主要以描述統計、相關分析及多元迴歸分析方法進行處理與分析,研究結果發現:(1)偏差行為效益評估對偏差行為具影響力。(2)過度自信對偏差行為具影響力。(3)自制偏誤對偏差行為具影響力。  最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並提出對家長、教育工作者與未來相關研究之建議。
      Based on the viewpoints of rational choice theory, this study was conducted to investigate how the evaluation of the benefits of deviant behavior, overconfidence, restraint bias would influence deviant behavior on junior high school students. The data of this study was conducted by stratified cluster sampling method and collected by questionnaire survey, and the participants were 482 junior high school students from 1 school of 3 towns and cities of Nantou county. The instruments used in the study included the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and correlation analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this study were summarized as follows: (1) The evaluation of the benefits of deviant behavior had effects on delinquency; (2) Overconfidence had effects on delinquency; (3)Restraint bias had effects on delinquency.  Finally, based on findings, this study would propose some relevant suggestions for the parents, teachers and the researchers in the future.
