    摘要:   庇護工場工作人員的工作性質相當特殊,是要兼具有相當高的耐心、專業技能及精神力,由此可以知道這份工作所要承受的工作壓力定是異於常人。本研究主要目的在探討藝文活動對於庇護工場工作人員工作壓力的關聯性,還能夠瞭解庇護工場工作人員之基本背景與組織結構、藝文活動的實際參與狀況對於工作壓力減輕的情形。本研究採取質性訪談法,以金門縣庇護工場工作人員為研究對象,分別訪問6位具有代表性的庇護工場主管及資深就服員,主要是希望透過庇護工場員工長年累積的經驗分享,來瞭解庇護工場工作環境與合適的藝文活動,經過了解後以文獻分析法輔助支持研究的理論,歸納統整出對於庇護工場環境的改善措施及建議,提供縣府單位規劃藝文活動的配套措施,讓各級長官做為參考依據及研擬政策,以利減輕工作人員工作壓力,進而增加就服員工作品質及效能。研究結果發現:1. 庇護工場人員幾乎都感受工作壓力過大,參與藝文活動的確能有效地消除工作壓力,假如能符合自身興趣,將會提升更大的效果。 2. 庇護工場人員實際參與的藝文活動因受到金門這個小島的環境限制,大多為靜態或室內為主,與自身興趣的藝文活動不盡相同。

This research adopts a qualitative interview method, taking the workers of the sheltered workshops in Kinmen County as the research object, interviewing 6 representative sheltered workshop supervisors and senior attendants respectively, mainly hoping to share the experience accumulated by the sheltered workshops employees over the years. Understand the working environment of the sheltered workshop and appropriate arts and cultural activities. After understanding, the literature analysis method is used to support the research theory, and the improvement measures and suggestions for the environment of the sheltered workshop are summarized, and the supporting measures for the county government units to plan the arts and cultural activities , Let the chiefs at all levels as a reference and develop policies to help reduce the work pressure of the staff, and then increase the quality and efficiency of the service staff. The results of the study found:1. Almost all workers in sheltered workshops feel that work pressure is too high. Participating in art and cultural activities can indeed effectively eliminate work pressure. If they can meet their own interests, they will be more effective. 2. Due to the environmental restrictions of the small island of Kinmen, the art and cultural activities that the sheltered workshop personnel actually participate in are mostly static or indoor, which is different from the art and cultural activities of their own interests.
