摘要: | 本研究目的主要是希望進入社工人員的實務經驗,透過經驗互動的過程,探討社工人員的實務經驗、專業發展背後的意義及脈絡。研究對象採取立意抽樣, 並以服務身心障礙領域的在職社工人員進行訪談,著重於社工人員對於服務及專業塑造歷程的主觀經驗, 以進入其所經驗的世界及提煉出意義及重要的議題。 本研究是以詮釋現象學作為質性研究取向與方法,因它著重於經驗的探索及詮釋,這和研究者本身長年參與身心障礙領域的工作經驗有極大的關係。正因如此,對於此領域的服務更能夠與研究主題及研究參與者進行對話。 研究結果發現,社工人員於身心障礙領域的服務經驗及專業發展等議題可以由以下面向來理解此領域社工人員所面臨的置身處境:一、社工生態非全然落實督導制度,建構專業需積極主動找方法;二、組織文化無法期待支持社工;三、挺過挫折、困境及壓力,來自於心態的轉變及同儕的支持;四、專業認同為經驗傳承、他人肯定、成功經驗。 研究者希冀能透過研究的結果、建議,讓社工專業的發展,大家可以結伴同行。同時,透過經驗的分享,讓正在面臨每個不同階段的社工人員,有不同的視框來看待這份助人工作,亦可做為未來欲投入身心障礙領域的社工人員或身心障礙領域的社工人力育成等參考。 The study is mainly aimed at the practical experience of social workers. Through the process of experience interaction, we explore the practical experience of social workers and the significance and context behind their professional development. The purposive sampling is used in the study, conducting interviews with social workers currently working in the field of services for people with disabilities. Emphasis is placed on the subjective experiences of social workers in shaping the course of service and profession, in order to gain access to the world they experience and to refine meaningful and important issues. In this study, interpretative phenomenology is used as a qualitative research method. It focuses on the exploration and interpretation of experience, which is greatly related to the work experience of the researcher herself who has been working in the field of people with disabilities for a decade. For this reason, the researcher is capable of engaging dialogues with participants regarding the topics related to the services of people with disabilities. The results of the study indicated that the social workers' service experience and professional development in the field of disability could be understood from the following aspects: first, the supervision system of social workers was not fully implemented, and the construction of a profession required proactive approach; second, organizational culture was not able to support its social workers; third, overcoming setbacks, difficulties and pressures came from changes in social workers' own mentality and support from other peers; Fourth, professional recognition included the inheritance of experience, recognition by others, and successful experience. Overall, through the findings of the study, it is hoped that the suggestions and recommendations will facilitate the development of social work professionals to work together. Through the sharing of experience, the social workers who are facing different stages can see this work from different perspectives. The findings not only can be used as a reference for future social workers who want to devote themselves to work with people with disabilities, but also used for education purpose to promote social work professionals. |
