| 摘要: | 本研究為接受以賽斯心法為基礎的心理諮商的癌症患者之療癒經驗的質性研究。主要在探討癌症患者因癌症帶來的生命歷程變化下，面對生活的異動以及複雜糾結的身體心理之不適，尤其癌症患者接觸賽斯心法來到賽斯身心靈診所後，如何從門診、諮商中接受到的衝擊，或啟發，或心理靈性上的支持，來幫助自己面對心靈深處的呼喚，來協助自己轉變現實生活的困擾，以及在深刻覺察實踐的過程中所展現的身心轉化智慧，更進一步走出生命困境創造自己想要的人生。因這為探究社會人文中自然生活現象，觸及個人存在、社會價值觀、文化概念等等主體經驗，故採用質性研究。以詮釋現象學方法為指引，採「立意取樣」和「滾雪球」方式在賽斯身心靈診所場域尋找選取合適的研究參與者，收案三名。本研究對於人們罹癌後接受賽斯心法的心理諮商的結果發現，可從癌友的生命歷程轉變和治療師的心理諮商協助兩個面向討論。賽斯心法「我創造我自己的實相」帶給癌友們不同的生命觀，改變其原本認知，從受害無力的個體到價值完成的存在。而具有賽斯心法背景的心理諮商治療師引導癌友移動主訴，幫助個案慢慢從外向內探索。賽斯心法的概念結合心理學的理論和諮商技術在癌友自我覺察的體悟深度和視野廣度更加開展，此歷程因「自我覺察」和「人格整合」促發的創造力，幫助累積的心理能量帶來生命改變和身體療癒。因此本研究未來可做為賽斯取向概念運用在疾病醫療、心理諮商和生命轉化的研究參考基礎，同時可提供相關癌友陪伴的品質與內涵，並促進醫療服務及心理實務工作的另類思維和參考。
This study is a qualitative research of the healing experience of cancer patients who received psychological counseling based on the Seth Philosophy. Mainly to discuss how cancer patients can face the changes of life and complex physical and psychological discomfort caused by cancer. Especially after patients who contact Seth Philosophy and come to the Seth holistic clinic, how can they receive the impact, inspiration, or psychological and spiritual support from the clinic and consultation to help them face the deep call from the heart. To help themselves change the problems of real life, as well as in the process of deep awareness of practice to show the wisdom of physical and mental transformation, and further out of the dilemma of life to create the life they want. This is to explore the phenomenon of natural life in social humanities, touch personal existence, social values, cultural concepts and other subject experience, so qualitative research is adopted. Guided by the method of hermeneutic phenomenology, “purposive sampling” and “snowballing” were used to find and select suitable research participants in the field of Seth holistic clinic, and then three cases were collected. The results of this study on the psychological counseling of cancer patients after receiving Seth mental therapy show that we can discuss it from two aspects: the life course change of cancer patients and the psychological counseling assistance of therapists. Seth Philosophy “I create my own reality” brings cancer patients different views on life, changing their original cognition, from a victimized individual to a value-completed existence. Psychotherapists with Seth's psychological background guide cancer patients to move the chief complaints and help them explore from the outside to the inside. The concept of Seth Philosophy combined with psychological theories and counseling techniques has further developed in the depth of self-awareness and the breadth of vision of cancer friends. This process is promoted by the creativity of “self-awareness” and “personality integration”, helping to accumulate psychological energy to bring life change and physical healing. Therefore, this study can be used as a reference basis for the application of Seth-oriented concept in disease medical treatment, psychological counseling, and life transformation in the future. It can also provide the quality and connotation of cancer companion and promote the alternative thinking and reference of medical service and psychological practice. |
