      The importance of pervious pavement concrete in reducing urban stormwater runoff and improving water quality is growing. Water and air can easily percolate through it that reduces the chances of inundation. The pervious concrete contains coarse aggregate including recycled coarse aggregate, the role of super plasticizer which enhance the compressive strength by reducing the water. One percent superplasticizer can reduce the water up to 20%. Concrete can sustain high strength in compression due to its voids; 10-25 percent of voids stand as its exceptional characteristics in good compression strength and overall performance.   Pervious concrete is also known as porous concrete, permeable concrete, no-fines concrete, and porous pavement. The pervious pavement of M15 & M20 grade of concrete will contain course aggregate, cement, water, fly ash and superplasticizer. Fly ash will replace the cement by 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. The replacement of cement by fly ash will result in an economic structure and it will reduce the CO2 emissions which will result as a sustainable environment, whereas the superplasticizer will be added as 0.7% and 0.8%. For the M15 grade of concrete, the maximum compressive strength was 24.9 Mpa with a 40% replacement of cement by fly ash and for M20 grade of concrete it was 27.8 Mpa with a replacement of 30% cement by fly ash. The samples were kept for curing to enhance the strength of concrete was at room temperature.
