摘要: | 本研究是透過「陶藝療癒紓壓課程」的設計,探討實驗課程實施前後,課程對學員身心狀況、感受轉變之情形。首先透過「文獻分析法」先進行資料收集、整理,再使用「實驗研究法」對30位受試者進行正念陶藝紓壓課程體驗創作,並在課程前、後給予受試者填寫問卷,調查評估自我的身心狀況,再回收問卷後進行統計及分析,最後以客觀的數據來說明研究結果,並提出具體的結論與建議,作為藝術紓壓、治療、陶藝創作及後續研究之參考。本研究所獲得之結論如下:1. 受試者對於課程前的期望及課程後所獲得幫助,依數據顯示課後人數普遍有所提升,唯在「自我管理」中略為下降,在「人際關係」中維持不變。2. 不同背景受試者在課程前、後感受,以「心情輕鬆」提升幅度最高,其次為「降低焦慮不安情緒」。3. 不同性別之受試者在課程前「心情愉悅」感受度,P.<0.05表示組間有所差異。4. 不同性別之受試者在課程後「心情輕鬆」感受度,P.<0.05表示組間有所差異。5. 不同收入之受試者在課程後「心情愉悅」、「感受是安心及可信任的地方」感受度,P.<0.05表示組間有所差異。 The study based on designing the“Ceramic Comfort Course”, exploring the subjects' physical and metal effect before and after the experimental course. First of all, the study collects and organizes data through document analysis. Secondly, the study gives thirty subjects survey of self-assessment on physical and metal effect after the mindfulness Ceramic Comfort Course. Lastly, the study illustrates the research results by statistical data and analysis. The results of the study conduct the Art Relief, Therapy and Ceramic Creation as the academic reference. The conclusions of the study are as follows:1. According to the statistics, the subjects' expectation generally promotes after the Ceramic Comfort Course, the interpersonal relations maintain, alone the self-management slightly decrease.2. After the course, subjects with different backgrounds shows that the mood-relaxing increase highest, the second is anxiety-reducing.3. After the course, subjects in different genders, the perception of pleasure, P.<0.05 shows the difference from the group.4. After the course, subjects in different genders, the perception of mood-relaxing, P.<0.05 shows the difference from the group.5. After the course, subjects in different income, the perception of pleasure and relieved, P.<0.05 shows the difference from the group. |
