Abstract:	偏鄉教育議題長期是國家社會關注的議題，政府或民間團體為了扭轉城鄉學習落差的問題投入了多方資源，然而成效卻不顯著。只因偏鄉弱勢孩子所面臨的問題，例如：家庭與環境的問題、偏鄉教師招考不足及高流動率、學習資源匱乏、學生學習態度等等因素，未能獲得良好的改善，進而影響偏鄉孩子的學習成就。然而，當學生的出生成為學習成就與未來發展的主要決定因素，那麼教育翻轉社會階級的功能也消失殆盡。　　當偏鄉弱勢孩子面對這些種種偏鄉教育問題的困境時，需要有人來翻轉偏鄉教育，改變偏鄉弱勢孩子的學習人生，實踐一場偏鄉教育革命。因此，本研究選擇電影《老師，你會不會回來》作為研究對象，試圖援引「符號學分析」和「鏡頭分析」，來深入探討《老師，你會不會回來？》這部影片呈現哪些偏鄉教育所面臨的困境及翻轉教育理念。　　The issue of education in the countryside has long been a topic of concern to the state society. The government or civil society has invested many resources to reverse the problem of the gap between urban and rural learning, but the effect is not significant. Only because of the problems faced by the disadvantaged children in the countryside, such as family and environment problems, the lack of recruitment and high mobility of teachers in the countryside, the lack of learning resources, the attitude of students, etc., are not significant However, when the birth of students becomes the main determinant of learning achievement and future development, the function of education turning over social class is also lost.　　When the disadvantaged children in the countryside face the difficulties of these problems, some people need to turn over the education in the countryside, change the learning life of the disadvantaged children in the countryside, and practice a revolution of the education in the countryside. Therefore, this study chooses the film “Turn Around” as the research object, trying to quote “semiotics analysis”and “lens analysis” to come to the research This video explores the dilemma and the flipped education concept of “Turn Around”.
