本研究以個案曼都美髮業連鎖店為研究範圍,目的在探討美髮連鎖店之經營管理策略。本研究採用個案研究方法,透過半結構式深度訪談,將訪談的結果作整理歸類分析,連鎖店市場發展經營策略中,人力資源管理,品牌延伸開發,以及企業滲透多角化經營之關連性策略等;結果發現在市場發展策略上,該集團透過破壞式創新的思維,融合網路大數據等做其品牌建立與多品牌開發;而人力資源管理方面從選、育、用及留才,幫員工做其生涯規劃;多角化的經營,不侷限在一個領域,資源互通互利,作為永續發展的經營主軸方向。 This research takes the case of Mandu Hairdressing Chain Store as the research scope, and the purpose is to explore the management strategy of the hairdressing chain store. This study adopts a case study method, through semi-structured in-depth interviews, the results of the interviews are sorted and analyzed. In the chain store market development business strategy, human resource management, brand extension development, and enterprise penetration and diversified operation related strategies, etc. ; It turns out that in terms of market development strategy, the group uses disruptive innovative thinking and integrates Internet big data for brand building and multi-brand development; and human resource management focuses on selecting, cultivating, employing and retaining talents. Help employees to make their career planning; diversified operations are not limited to one area, and resources are mutually beneficial, and the main direction of sustainable development is to be the main direction of the business.
