Abstract:	本研究為自我敘說，研究者與先生在婚後以賽斯資料進行生命中的哲學實踐，對於生命中發生的事件都以賽斯資料的核心概念：「信念創造實相」進行探討。研究動機為研究者對於自身生命意義的好奇，在經歷喪偶後，需獨自一人面對生命與養育小孩，並發現過去十年在賽斯資料的學習有很大的協助。故透過自我敘說的方式進行研究。　　研究者以書寫生命故事的方式呈現敘說文本，將與先生相遇、生活、教養、洗腎前與往生後的重要事件編撰為故事，並透過協同參與者的訪談，以達到資料收集的完整性與豐富度。希望透過本文，對於生命有更深的理解與覺察，以體悟到每一件來到我生命中的事都是我要的，也期待此文給予被留下來的人支持與安慰。　　The purpose of this study is to practice Sprit of Seth Material during the past decade from researcher. This study adopted self-narrative research, and aim to use the core concept of ‘’You create your own reality’’ which developed by Seth material. Through this core concept, the researcher and her husband conducted philosophical practice in the life. The motivation for the study was based on using the Spirit of Seth Material to integrate the meaning in the lifetime.　　The researchers presented the life stories of her and her husband since meet each other, life, parenting, kidney dialysis, and combining with interviews with co-participants to achieve the integrity and richness of the data collection. Hope through this study help deeper self understanding and awareness. Realizing everything that comes to my life is what I want. Last but not least, wish you feel supported and comforted from this study.
