Campus bullying has always been a common social problem, which has received great attention from the public. Therefore, the Ministry of education promotes the friendly campus week in the first week of each semester, with students as the main body, to jointly create a friendly campus living environment and reduce the occurrence of campus bullying. An ”olive branch center” was set up. A non-profit organization composed of professionals to resolve conflicts through ”reconciliation” must be based on ”psychological transformation”. Only when the victims put down their shadows in their hearts they can be truly relieved, and they can comply with the spirit of ”restorative justice”. This research paper cites semiotics and lens analysis to analyze the phenomenon of campus bullying culture reproduced in the Japanese animated film ” The shape of voice ” from the perspective of film text. From the film ” The shape of voice ”, it discusses that when facing campus bullying, the analysis begins with the change of the protagonist's own self-concept, then expands to the level of the influence of teachers and bystanders' attitudes, and finally the reconciliation process of the whole group, through face-to-face, reconstruction, repair and tolerance, everyone can re-examine themselves, put down their disagreements, open their hearts to each other, and practice the spirit of restorative justice. This is also the best way to deal with campus bullying.
