| 摘要: | 星雲大師的佛教歌詞創作，始於1950年代於宜蘭弘法時期，經譜曲傳唱之後，成為當時推動弘法與革新法事行儀的重要利器。而隨著佛光山的建立與全球道場、組織的擴展，還有「人間佛教」理念的傳揚與實踐需求，乃至於弘法媒介與法事表現的多元化，歌曲更扮演重要的角色。因此，自2003年開始佛光山文教基金會持續推動「人間音緣—星雲大師佛教歌曲發會」以星雲大師的歌詞為文本，廣徵海內外作曲，並透過競賽、發表的方式，讓充滿深厚佛學義理、人生與世情體悟、弘法利生理想的歌詞，能透過現代的曲風，達到「大家一起唱，一聽就能懂」的創作目標。而這個目標的體現，也確實產生許多可實用於新型態法事、弘法活動，甚至是日常容易哼唱的新製佛教歌曲，蔚然成風。而本文就將透過歌詞分析的方式，針對「人間音緣」時期的星雲大師創作歌詞進行探究，期盼能明瞭其於星雲大師歌詞創作歷程中，所能顯現的承繼與創新的特色，如在表現技巧方面，既善於透過以物或景來興象、造境，既有抒情之效，更具取譬說理之益，又常運用典故引事為喻，展現義理，呈顯體悟；在重要觀念傳達方面，不但標舉「人間佛教」的重要理念，並能鋪述其內涵並呼應時代價值，且能深入淺出詮釋佛教重要義理；在具體運用實踐方面，不但經常靈活運用呼告、設問、讚嘆等方式，產生號召群體的效果，又能簡明揭示、鋪排重要概念(如三好、十修)、年度祝福語(如善緣好運、世紀生春)、通俗期勉(如家和萬事興、有佛法就有辦法)等，使現代佛教歌曲能真實融入生活，讓星雲大師透過音聲弘法，推動「人間佛教」的理想，能適時適地實踐於現代。
The creation of Buddhist lyrics by Master Hsing Yun began in the 1950s during the period of propagating Buddhism in Yilan. After composing and singing, these lyrics became an important tool for promoting the propaganda and innovating the rituals at that time. With the establishment of Fo Guang Shan and the expansion of temples and organizations around the world, as well as the spread and practical needs of the concept of "Human Buddhism", as well as the diversification of media and ritual performance, songs have played an even more important role. Therefore, since 2003, the Fo Guang Shan Cultural and Educational Foundation has continued to promote the “ Sound of the Human World -Master Hsing Yun's Buddhist Songs” with the lyrics of Master Hsing Yun as the text, recruiting music from native and abroad, and through competitions and publications. The lyrics of Buddhism principles, understanding of life and world conditions, and promotion of the Dharma and ideals of life can achieve the creative goal of “sing together and understand it when you listen to it” through the modern style of music. This article will explore the lyrics created by Master Hsing Yun during the “Sound of the Human World” through the method of lyrics analysis, hoping to understand the inheritance and innovation characteristics that Master Hsing Yun can show in his lyrics creation process. In terms of writing skills, he is good at creating environment by using objects and scenery. It has the effect of lyricism, and can also explain meaning and truth with metaphors or stories. In terms of conveying important ideas, he promotes the important concepts of “Human Buddhism”, and Explain its connotation to echo the value of the times; in the specific application of practice, he flexibly uses methods such as calling, asking questions, and admiring to produce the effect of calling on the group. Therefore, Master Hsing Yun's lyrics creation in “The Sound of the Human World”has a rich literary expression and effect. |
