本研究旨在探討農會的轉型與創新管理。農會經歷了金融風暴、新冠疫情影響下,導致農會信用收入減收、營運變的日漸困難,因此轉型經營是值得探討的議題。研究者選擇三家已轉型經營成功之農會,對農會轉型規劃之閒置空間,採取田野調查方式,並以總幹事為訪談對象,採用深度訪談法蒐集第一手資料為主,再以次級資料為輔,之後將訪談資料整理成逐字稿後進行研究分析。 研究結果顯示:1.農會經營轉型的背景與動機:主要原因為信用部獲利降低,迫使農會需要轉型經營。2.農會創新管理的資源轉化與應用:將珍貴的歷史建物內外完整的保留,僅對結構做補強,保留原始面貌。規劃設計主題以在地自有農特產品為考量依據,搭配歷史建物富含懷舊感,內部並設有在地農產販售專櫃。3.農會創新管理的挑戰為組織裡沒有共識、不認同、預算有限及場地限制。4.農會組織未來的轉型目標,可以結合在地青農產業朝休閒服務產業發展;與國內旅行業者合作推出套裝行程;結合網路商店及實體店面來開拓客源;多角化來經營飯店; 將在地農特色產物做成生技產品來進行銷售。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the transformation and innovative management of agricultural associations. Agricultural associations have experienced the financial turmoil and the impact of the COVID-19, resulting in reduced credit income and increasingly difficult operations. The researcher selected three agricultural associations that had successfully transformed their operations, and adopted field surveys to investigate the idle space planned for the transformation of agricultural associations, and used the chief executive as the interviewee. The research results show that: 1. The background and motivation of the farmer association's business transformation: the main reason is that the credit department's profit has decreased, which forces the farmer's association to transform its operation. 2. Resource transformation and application of innovative management of farmers’ associations: Preserve the inside and outside of precious historical buildings, only reinforce the structure, and retain the original appearance. The theme of the planning and design is based on the consideration of local agricultural products, and the matching of historical buildings is full of memory. There is also a special store for selling local agricultural products inside. 3. The challenges of innovative management of farmers' associations are lack of consensus, disapproval, limited budget and limited space in the organization. 4. The future transformation goals of farmers’ associations can be combined with the development of the local youth agriculture industry towards the leisure service industry; cooperate with domestic travel companies to launch packaged tours; combine online stores and physical stores to cultivate customer sources; diversify into hotel operation; develop local agricultural specialty products into biotechnology products for sale.
