| 摘要: | 目前台灣正面臨人口老化、與人口減少的時代。現代的建築與住宅，普羅大眾接受鋼筋混凝土及鋼構新建築，在城鎮市中心有限的土地上，我們應該思考如何將老舊建築修繕活化、創生再利用，並延續著都市生活機能的便利性，保有其地方文化特色，及對周遭環境友善的方式來整修、建造居所，讓友善的環境能永續維持。 也讓人們對於居住了幾十年的老房子，透過本研究探討，能更清楚明白修繕老舊建築與購買或新建房子，在經費控管、時間、人力、技術、節省成本各方面能有效的運用及參考。讓對老房子的情感、熟悉的環境、社會及人際關係的脈絡，以更節省的經費保存下來。 本研究以嘉義舊監獄宿舍群-維新路134巷46號為基地，參加嘉義市政府文化局辦理的「以修代租」進駐計畫，以木造文化為主題，漸進式的發展「老屋修繕」、「人才培育」、「技藝傳承」，並與現住戶及附近居民互動，逐步發展並影響民眾對老屋修繕的改觀。 本研究試著透過「修老房子 」這件事，將修繕經費、人力、技術、時間成本，做有效控管與研究探討，讓有心修繕老房子的人們，提供基本的房屋修繕方法知識及經費控管、節省成本等資料，做為參考依據。
At present, Taiwan is facing an era of aging and declining population. With modern buildings and housing, the general public accepts new reinforced concrete and steel structures. This study takes the dormitory area of Chiayi Old Prison as the base, with the theme of wooden culture, and gradually develops “old house repair”, “talent cultivation”, and “inheritance of skills”, starting from 46, Lane 134, Weixin Road , Gradually develop and influence the public's improvement on the renovation of old houses. In this study, through the “repairing an old house” event, we will effectively repair and explore the cost, manpower, technology, and time of repairs, so that people who are interested in repairing their own old houses can provide basic knowledge and methods of house repairs.
