本研究旨在探索台灣大學院校中學生劇團在製作與經營上所遭遇的問題。研究方法採用深度訪談、焦點團體訪談、和參與觀察法,訪問戲劇本科、非戲劇科、大學社團等三種性質不同的學生劇團。藉由劇團中導演、演員和公關人員等核心人員的經驗分享,透過SWOT分析法,總結出當前台灣學生劇團所面臨的優勢、劣勢、威脅、與挑戰,希冀能提供未來投入學生劇團經營與展演的學生們作為學習之參考。 研究發現:學生劇團較不受商業模式框架侷限,製作戲劇種類多元;學生劇團常因資源不足,影響演出品質與規模,而技術訓練不夠,使得臨場演出失誤率較高;學生劇團較易取得劇作家授權,獲取演出版權;較難改善社會大眾對學生劇團不夠專業的既定印象,進而影響售票。 The purpose of this study is to explore the problems encountered by student theater troupes in the production and management of various universities in Taiwan. The research method involves the use of in-depth interviews, focus group interviews, and participatory observation to gather data from three different types of student theater groups, including m drama departments, non-drama departments, and university clubs. Through the experience sharing of core personnel such as directors, actors, and public relations personnel in the troupe, and then use the SWOT analysis method to summarize the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and challenges faced by Taiwan student theater troupes. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for students who will invest in the operation and performance of student troupes in the future. Research findings: Student theater troupes are not limited by the business model framework and can produce a variety of dramas;The quality and scale of performances are often affected by the lack of resources of student troupes, and insufficient technical training also leads to a high rate of mistakes in performances;It is easier for student troupes to obtain authorization from playwrights and obtain performance copyrights;And it is difficult to improve the public's established impression that student troupes are not professional enough, which will affect ticket sales.
