    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討新住民的職涯發展歷程與關鍵影響因素。本研究以質性研究作為研究方法,探立意取樣的方式邀請南投愛鄉文教協會服務之新住民中,五位符合本研究之研究參與者,藉由半結構的訪談深入了解新住民職涯發展的歷程、影響職涯發展的因素、曾接受的輔導、以及未來職涯發展的方向。本研究以主題分析法分析搜集到的資料,研究發現可分三大部分:(一)新住民的職涯發展是從母國開始,對其能力的評估應從母國工作經驗開始;(二)新住民若要適才適所至有前景的工作,需要接受適宜的職涯規劃服務;(三)目前提供新住民的職業訓練及就業輔導政策需更完善的規劃與落實,才能達到協助新住民職涯發展的目標。本研究結果可作為未來擬定新住民就業輔導相關政策及新住民職涯輔導方案規劃與執行的參考。
      The aim of this study was to explore new immigrant women’s career development process and key factors. Five new immigrant women from the Love for Nantou Hometown Culture and Education Association participated in this study. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect research data and thematic analysis was employed to analyze data. The research findings indicated that new immigrant women’s career development was started from their home country. And in order to establish a promising career, current career development counseling services should be tailored for new immigrant women. The research findings could contribute to new immigrant study and future policy.
