    Abstract: 此文所作乃第二序的研究。筆者先引述當代前輩先生有關老子哲學的研究成果，使其還原到楚簡《老子》文獻中，並檢證當代老學詮釋進路的有效性。另一方面藉由前述論證，呈顯我們對楚簡《老子》天人關係的分析。本文又提出楚簡《老子》的天文思維，探討其作為楚簡《老子》「天道」思想的詮釋進路的可能性。最後則是反省楚簡《老子》的研究意義。
