    Abstract: 企業倫理和企業的經營管理的關係,日益密切。隨著全球經濟趨緩,金融市場崩潰,整個社會經歷了高度的不確定,企業醜聞頻傳,引發各界對倫理議題的討論。其中有關企業內部的倫理氣候如何影響組織成員行為,進而對企業營運績效產生衝擊,也是近年學者所逐漸重視的議題。本研究以高科技產業人員為研究對象,探討高科技成員倫理氣候認知是否經由工作滿足及組織承諾之中介,進而對工作績效與離職意圖產生影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,有效問卷計461份,透過因徑分析,檢驗所設立之研究假設。研究結果證實:員工倫理氣候認知正向影響工作滿足、組織承諾;工作滿足正向影響組織承諾;工作滿足、組織承諾正向影響工作績效,且負向影響離職意圖。
