    Abstract: 本研究針對前往嘉義農場旅遊之遊客就其所提供之各項服務實施品質問卷訪談，依遊客之特性、服務屬性重要度、實際表現度及其間之關係進行分析。應用重要-表現程度分析法(IPA)，以服務屬性重要度及服務屬性實際表現度矩陣分析表分析嘉義農場遊客對各項服務品質之評價。分析結果發現「住宿設施完善」、「遊憩環境」及「遊憩設施完善」等三項屬服務品質良好而應繼續保持之服務項目，而「交通便利性」及「符合遊客需求」二項是遊客認為重要而實際表現不如期待之服務項目，建議經營單位應列為首要之改善重點。
