    Abstract: 印度婆羅門正統派之一的「正理‧勝論學派」( Nyaya- vaiwesika)以〈實體、屬性、動作、普遍、殊別、內屬關係、無〉七個範疇(padartha;句義)統括一切的存在。他們對於〈屬性與實體〉、〈普遍與個物〉給予嚴密的區分;換言之,重視「法(dharma)與有法(dharmin)」的區別,而且強調「普遍」為實在。本文以十七世紀阿南巴達(Annambhatta )所作《論理學綱要》(Tarkasamgraha)來說明此學派像積木般的世界構造。另一方面,也有不明確區別「法與有法」的學派,如佛教等。本文以早期佛教為例,創始者的佛陀不承認事物的實在性,也不關心世界的構造;事實上,爾後的佛教,除了阿毘達磨哲學以外,大多採取這種立場。阿毘達磨哲學與正理‧勝論學派類似,「法」與「有法」的關係也是凜然有別的,證明這個學派具有實在論的傾向,這是很有趣的。
